Please follow the steps below to set up your email client on your phone. This process will guide you through downloading and installing the configuration profile necessary for accessing your email account.
- Download the Configuration Profile:
- Locate the attachment at the bottom of the email sent to you during sign up and download it.
- When prompted with the message, “This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?”, select Allow.
- Install the Configuration Profile:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Navigate to VPN and Device Management.
- Under the Downloaded Profile section, you will see the profile you just downloaded. Tap on it.
- Complete the Installation:
- Tap Install in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your phone’s passcode when prompted.
- Enter your email account password to complete the configuration.
- Verify Email Setup:
- Open your phone’s Mail app.
- Your email account should now be set up and ready to use.
