Planning & Coordination

Packing & Loading

Transportation

How far in advance should I book my move with Prime Packers, LLC?

It’s best to book your move as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak moving seasons. We recommend scheduling your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance for local moves, and 4-6 weeks for long-distance or interstate moves. However, if you need to move on short notice, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What items should I avoid packing for my move?

Certain items are considered hazardous or inappropriate for moving, such as:

Yes, Prime Packers is fully licensed and insured. We offer a variety of insurance coverage options to give you peace of mind. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, accidents can happen. If any items are damaged during your move, our insurance policy will cover the repair or replacement of those items, based on the coverage you select. Your dedicated move coordinator will explain all the insurance options and coverage details before your move.

They put drop cloths down before starting their work and cleaned up everything after they were done. They even cleaned my bathroom mirror!
