Brayden and his team did a wonderful job converting my old tub to a walk in shower! They put drop cloths down before starting their work and cleaned up everything after they were done. The team is awesome. We had good communication from start to finish. Everything was explained and as I monitored the progress it was evident they knew what they were doing. Brayden is professional, respectful and worked hard from start to finish. The same goes for the young man helping - sorry I forgot his name - and he worked hard. From the sales rep, customer service in the office, as well as the installers; Jason and Cameron we have had nothing but positive interactions. Everyone in their individual positions did an excellent job of explaining in detail what we needed to know. This is our 1st time working with Bath Works of Michigan and we recommend them highly.
